I can't tell you how many times I've seen women question themselves, their way of doing things, or how they show up in the world. Like they're either too much or never enough.
Just this past weekend, I hosted some of my clients here in the NY/NJ area and the conversation of being TOO MUCH came up.
One beauty shared a story about a past relationship with us, things she's healing from, and after apologized for taking up TOO MUCH time talking about it (which we never thought in the first place, we were there to support).
We had living room dance parties and thought that we might be TOO MUCH for the neighbors.
Got real cray with funny photos, poses, and noises. TOO MUCH maybe for some people. But not for us.
I even had a moment where I got caffeine crazy because of one bite of tiramisu (coffee liquid on the bottom) and I went NUTS. Our waiter might've thought it was TOO MUCH, but offered me a job at the end of our meal LOL.
Do you ever wonder why it’s so difficult to trust your own way of doing things?
The answer to that question is simple.
It’s because ever since childhood...
...you’ve been conditioned to compare yourself to others.
You’ve been forced to play this silly game of trying to be not too much or too little and when that happens, you…
...lose touch with yourself.
...become disconnected from your intuition and…
...no longer have confidence in your divine talents and abilities.
And then? It turns into...
Never honoring who you really are.
Never feeling worthy of love.
Never having the confidence to ask to be paid what you’re worth.
So what’s the solution?
Tapping into that small little voice inside of you that tells you when something’s not quite right in your life.
Dedicating yourself to overcoming the conditioning you’ve experienced all your life.
And going out there and being too much.
Love always,
Kimberly
