One week before the earthquake hit in New Jersey and New York this past Friday, I said this exact sentence to close friends of mine, "The tectonic plates in my life and relationships are shifting."
I don't use earthquake phrasing on the regular, but that's what felt true for me in the moment, especially with two very important female relationships of mine on the rocks right now, one friend and one family member.
Side note: a different friend's psychic told her there's a 'seismic shift' on the horizon, also a week before the earthquake.
Crazy, right? Who knows what we were picking up on intuitively, but earthquakes, whether real or metaphorical, are here to shake things up.
They're here to break down what's not working sometimes to build something even more majestic and even more beautiful. From the debris and rubble can sprout something new and more true to you.
Part of accepting the full spectrum of life is accepting the uncomfortable with the expansive, the tension with the love, the sadness with the joy, the destruction with the creation because these things tend to come in pairs, maybe not all at the same time, but over time.
When you look back, you might notice how the most intense part of your life gave way to the best part, or how the depth of conflict you have with someone is coupled with the adoration you hold for them.
There's no road map for how to navigate all these emotions, experiences, and possibilities, but there's one thing that has helped me...
Accepting it all with love. Every color of the rainbow. Every emotion in my body. Every circumstance I come across. Every person in my life. Full body acceptance.
Does this mean you don't take an active role or that you don't remove yourself from situations that aren't working anymore?
No. But it does mean loosening your grip on things that aren't directly in your control then riding that rainbow of life with delight.
If you want help with this, then you'll love today's video <3
In it, I share...
- How to deepen and expand your emotional capacity.
- Ways to inject more colorful experiences into your life.
- Thoughts on how to widen your spectrum of possibilities.

All my love,

P.s. Did anybody else notice that the very out-of-the-ordinary NY/NJ earthquake happened in the middle of Mercury Retrograde and three days before the total solar eclipse?
A friend of mine even pointed out that the magnitude was 4.8 and the eclipse was on 4/8, like WUT?!?
Have you experienced anything interesting this retrograde/eclipse season? Lemme know! I wanna hear about it <3
